Hi! My name is Shannon, I recently started my sourdough journey out of my love for sourdough, but not a fan of all the artificial ingredients, additives and fillers that come with store bought breads. During this process I found making sourdough to be challenging, frustrating at times and strangely enough very therapeutic. I love that I am able to provide healthier products to family and friends and decided I wanted to share with my community. I make everything with organic and quality ingredients, I won’t make it until you order to ensure you have the freshest product. Orders for the week close on Wednesday. Thursday is my prep day with Friday and Saturday being bake days.
