Love them!

These bagels are so good. They are everythung you want in a bagel soft, fresh and flavorful. My son is an extremely picky eater and hardly tries new things. But he absolutely LOVED the plain bagels. He literally ate them!!! I would highly recommend.

Happy Customers

There’s something quietly luxurious about a sourdough blueberry bagel done right, and this one absolutely delivers. The first thing you notice is the aroma—subtly tangy from the sourdough starter, with bursts of warm, jammy sweetness from the blueberries. It’s the kind of smell that makes me pause for a second before taking that first bite.

The texture is where it really shines—firm but not tough—giving way to a soft, airy interior. Each bite offers a tender on the inside, with pockets of juicy blueberries that feel almost melted into the dough.

Flavor-wise, it strikes a beautiful balance. The natural tang of the sourdough keeps the sweetness in check, so it never feels overly sugary. Instead, the blueberries add a gentle brightness that complements the depth of the fermented dough. Toasting it enhances everything—the edges caramelize slightly, and the berries become even more fragrant.

It’s excellent on its own, but it also plays well with toppings. A smear of cream cheese adds richness, while butter brings out the bagel’s subtle sweetness. Even a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of sea salt can elevate it in different directions. Overall, this sourdough blueberry bagel feels thoughtfully made and deeply satisfying—comforting, but with enough complexity to keep you coming back for another bite. V.C. - St. Augustine Fl

Absolutely delicious.  My favorites are the Blueberry, Cinnamon and Raisin, and Italian Herb and Garlic.  If you have not had a chance to try any of them I highly suggest you do. You will never want one from a bagel store again. B.S. - St. Augustine Fl
